Full‑time Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking enthusiastic Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Canberra Centre store. As the front‑line brand ambassador, you will help shoppers find high‑quality LifeWear items while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store, fitting rooms and checkout areas.
• Maintain clean, well‑presented shop‑floor standards and back‑of‑house areas.
• Process deliveries, keep stock tidy, and replenish merchandise on the floor.
• Execute visual merchandising changes and ensure displays are attractive.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles (preferred).
• Approachable, confident when speaking with a diverse customer base.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Full working rights in Australia and availability for a flexible full‑time roster.
