About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Stock Assistant to join our high‑volume Sydney Outlet Village store. In this back‑of‑house position you will ensure smooth inventory flow and support the store team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee back‑of‑house operations to maintain seamless stock flow.
• Prioritise and complete stock‑related tasks within strict timeframes.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail on all inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with the store team to support overall store operations.
• Assist customers when required, delivering excellent service.
• Adapt to feedback and changing priorities in a dynamic retail setting.

Required profile

• Motivated and organised individual who thrives in a busy back‑of‑house environment.
• Previous experience handling high‑volume stock deliveries and inventory.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Extreme attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding role.
