Front Office Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead Front Office, Concierge and Bell Services at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Front Office, Concierge and Bell teams to ensure service excellence and brand standards.
• Oversee departmental performance, workforce planning, productivity and labour management.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, revenue opportunities and cost control.
• Use guest feedback, operational data and commercial insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Rooms Division and other resort leaders to achieve strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior Front Office leadership experience in a large hotel, resort or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of coaching, developing and inspiring teams.
• Ability to balance operational priorities with strategic business objectives.
• Availability to work a flexible seven‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
