About the role

Join MECCA’s new Claremont store as a Fragrance Specialist, helping customers discover the perfect scent while delivering exceptional service. You’ll work in a dynamic retail environment with continuous training and product knowledge development.

Key responsibilities

Act as the in‑store expert on all fragrance products, guiding customers to find scents that suit their preferences.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience throughout the store.

Required profile

Proven experience and knowledge of fragrance notes across body and home categories.
Ability to lead customers through personalized fragrance journeys, including specialised consultations such as wedding scent selection.
Inclusive, team‑spirited attitude with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
