About the role
MECCA is seeking a passionate Zone Manager to lead its Subiaco store in Western Australia on a part‑time basis. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance through strong leadership and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the store.
- Lead from the front, driving success through clear communication and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate store staff to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA values.
Required profile
- Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
- A true passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
