Flagship Visual Merchandise Specialist

About the role

The Flagship Visual Merchandise Specialist will lead visual merchandising across Mecca's flagship network, translating creative direction into execution priorities and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between the Support Centre VM function and flagship stores, driving alignment on campaigns, launches and activations.
• Coach and build capability within flagship VM teams, establishing standards, storytelling and experiential execution.
• Develop and maintain clear VM standards, ways of working and execution frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
• Use customer, commercial and operational insights to identify opportunities that elevate engagement and category performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of visual merchandising experience in large‑format retail, preferably flagship or premium environments.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen and a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable operating between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

Required skills

• Experience delivering campaigns, activations, installations and experiential retail initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
