Design & Content Operations Manager

About the role

Join MECCA as a Design & Content Operations Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to the creative teams delivering brand campaigns, product launches and retail experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end workflow from briefing to delivery, ensuring clear priorities, timelines and approvals.
• Lead short‑ and long‑term resource planning, allocating work with creative leaders and sourcing freelance support when needed.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, clarify briefs and negotiate priorities to keep the team focused on high‑impact work.
• Track project milestones, resolve blockers, support smooth handovers and monitor resourcing spend and freelance approvals.
• Improve briefing, workflow and planning processes to enable smoother collaboration.

Required profile

• Calm, collaborative operator with a solid understanding of the creative process.
• Six or more years’ experience in studio management, traffic or creative operations within an agency or in‑house team.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows, competing priorities and large‑scale resourcing.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to guide decisions and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Commercial judgement with experience handling budgets, resourcing data and workflow insights.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable navigating ambiguity while protecting creative quality.
