About the role

This is a flagship leadership opportunity overseeing a high‑profile boutique in Sydney for a globally recognised luxury brand. You will own all commercial, operational and people aspects, delivering an immersive client experience while driving sales growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for boutique commercial performance across all sales channels.
• Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Champion a world‑class client experience, building long‑term relationships and repeat business.
• Oversee boutique operations including merchandising, inventory, administration and compliance.
• Drive initiatives, events and business growth strategies to enhance brand presence.

Required profile

• Proven senior retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury or premium environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing sales performance, KPIs and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Expertise in delivering exceptional client experiences and building long‑term relationships.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on, entrepreneurial approach.
