Finance Officer

About the role

Accor is seeking a Finance Officer to join its hub in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. The role will support a portfolio of hotels across Australia and New Zealand, handling accounts‑receivable functions and ensuring accurate financial processing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date vendor information in the Accounts Receivable (A/R) module.
• Process invoices in the A/R ledger, applying correct supplier and general‑ledger codes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any missing invoices.
• Monitor the A/R ageing report regularly and follow up on credit notes or outstanding items.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of general‑ledger coding and account structures.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
