Finance Business Partner

About the role

This position offers the chance to influence strategic decisions rather than merely report on them. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across a major operating division, providing financial insight that drives planning, investment and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insight and decision support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities.
• Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis for key initiatives.
• Produce meaningful reporting and performance insights.
• Assess major business initiatives and investment decisions.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise stakeholders.

Required profile

• CA, CPA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Manager.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and business planning experience.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication skills to translate financial data into practical insights.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, utilities or other capital‑intensive organisations.
• Exposure to capital projects, investment analysis or major business initiatives.
