About the role
We are looking for casual Field Merchandisers to join our team in the Melbourne area. You will travel to multiple 7‑Eleven stores across Victoria, supporting visual merchandising initiatives and store appearance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising standards and store floor‑plan changes.
- Apply point‑of‑sale (POS) elements and ensure signage compliance.
- Track and report project progress, escalating issues when needed.
- Deliver store activations and ensure key business initiatives are met on time.
Required profile
- Retail merchandising or customer‑service background.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work on feet all day and lift 5‑7 kg regularly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Required skills
- Experience with retail merchandising processes.
- Proficiency in using a personal vehicle for store visits.
