Facilities Coordinator – Ballarat

About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Facilities Coordinator to join our Ballarat team. Reporting to the on‑site Facilities Manager, you will ensure smooth operation of soft services, maintain safety standards and support Sodexo’s operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Soft Services in line with Service Level Agreements and OH&S standards.
- Manage on‑site contractors, ensuring timely, quality service delivery.
- Coordinate out‑of‑scope maintenance through contractor engagement.
- Oversee work order flow and use systems such as SAP and Maximo.
- Supervise minor projects, prepare requisitions and oversee security, cleaning and floor‑wardens.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage contractor relationships and work‑order systems.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Proficiency with Maximo.
