Experienced Architect (Adelaide)

About the role

BELL Architecture is looking for an experienced architect to join its Adelaide studio and lead the delivery of complex, design‑driven projects across a national portfolio. The role offers the chance to take ownership of medium to large‑scale commercial projects and work closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the leadership and delivery of complex, design‑driven projects across multiple sectors.
• Lead medium to large‑scale commercial architecture projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project documentation, contract administration and BIM processes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop design solutions and resolve delivery challenges.
• Travel interstate occasionally as project needs dictate.

Required profile

• Registered architect (preferred).
• Significant experience delivering commercial architecture projects in Australia.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large‑scale projects.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for design excellence.
• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Revit.
• AutoCAD (valued).
• Experience working within BIM‑managed project environments.
