About the role
Perth Airport is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Chief Planning & Projects Officer. This role sits at the heart of the airport’s largest business portfolio, supporting major infrastructure, planning and capital development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diary, email, travel coordination and stakeholder engagement for the Chief Officer.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, Board papers and other high‑quality documentation.
- Act as liaison between the Chief Officer and internal/external stakeholders, building strong professional relationships.
- Monitor priorities, actions, approvals and deadlines across the Planning & Projects portfolio.
- Organise leadership meetings, workshops, project reviews and stakeholder events, including agenda preparation, minutes and action tracking.
- Support strategic initiatives and capital delivery programmes through project coordination, governance administration and reporting.
- Assist with investment papers, executive submissions and portfolio performance reporting.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices and other finance administration activities in line with company procedures.
Required profile
- Significant experience providing executive support to C‑suite or senior leaders in a complex organisation.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, aviation or project‑based environments is highly regarded.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, confident engaging with senior leaders and external partners.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and OneNote.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, Board papers and executive correspondence.
- Strong understanding of governance processes, reporting requirements and executive administration practices.
