About the role

ANZ is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Managing Director of Retail Non‑Financial Risk. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will be based in Melbourne and involves managing a fast‑paced executive office.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactive diary management, including meetings, appointments and travel logistics.
  • Arrange flights, transfers, visas and accommodation while ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
  • Handle invoicing and expense processing.
  • Set up and coordinate key governance meetings.
  • Support the team in delivering initiatives and events.
  • Liaise with external regulatory stakeholders to manage diary commitments.

Required profile

  • Experience supporting senior executives within a large organisation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience managing project work and governance processes.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to build strong working relationships.
