About the role

DUAL, a specialist underwriting group and international underwriting agency owned by Howden, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is remote and supports the Chief Underwriting Officer, while also contributing to the locally based Executive Assistant team. It suits someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing structure to complexity and taking ownership of a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive activities and underwriting projects
  • Support carrier engagement, business reporting and workplace experience initiatives
  • Keep priorities moving and help the leadership team operate effectively

Required profile

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Proven experience providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate needs independently
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams)
  • Monday.com
