Everyday Banking Coach – Customer Engagement

About the role

As an Everyday Banking Coach you will guide customers through a range of ANZ products – from bank accounts and credit cards to personal loans and insurance – helping them achieve their financial goals. The role includes an 8‑week in‑office training programme followed by flexible 8‑hour shifts, which can be worked on‑site, from home or a hybrid mix.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers through personalised and meaningful conversations to improve their financial wellbeing.
• Educate and empower customers to use ANZ’s digital solutions.
• Continuously build banking knowledge through ongoing training and product updates.
• Recommend ANZ products that best match each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with your close‑knit team on daily activities and professional development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of banking products, policies and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
