Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care and Acute (Adelaide Metro and Regional)

About the role

Alliance Nursing is recruiting Enrolled Nurses for flexible work across aged care and acute healthcare settings in Adelaide metropolitan and regional South Australia. Candidates can choose shifts that fit their availability and lifestyle, subject to client demand, and work in aged care facilities, acute hospitals or a mix of both.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Support patients and residents with their clinical and daily care needs.
• Administer medications and carry out clinical procedures within your scope of practice and in line with relevant policies.
• Monitor patients' conditions, recognise changes and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Follow infection prevention, workplace safety and clinical guidelines.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• At least 12 months of full-time equivalent nursing experience as an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, acute care or both.
• Valid National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Professional, compassionate approach to patient and resident care, and ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• A reliable vehicle and ability to travel between facilities are highly desirable, especially for regional locations with limited public transport.

• Pay of $45 to $136 per hour depending on shift and applicable penalties.
