About the role

The IEA Employment Consultant supports people with disability to secure and sustain meaningful employment. Based at our Springvale site, you will work within the Inclusive Employment Australia program to match participants with suitable job opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prepare participants for sustainable employment, helping them showcase strengths and overcome barriers.
• Develop creative solutions to employment challenges and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
• Build and maintain partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
• Celebrate successful placements and provide ongoing support to both participants and employers.
