Director of Product Management – APAC

About the role

As Director of Product Management for the APAC region, you will lead the creation and delivery of AI‑first legal technology products that serve markets across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the EVP & Chief Product Officer, you will sit on the APAC Senior Leadership Team and act as the primary technical bridge between regional customers, engineering, data science and global product groups.

Key responsibilities

• Own product outcomes for APAC, translating customer problems and market opportunities into scalable AI‑enabled solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Architecture and Global Product teams to define road‑maps, validate AI use cases and ensure technical feasibility.
• Lead a regional team of Product Managers, championing agile delivery, experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
• Monitor competitor offerings, emerging trends and customer feedback to shape strategic product direction.
• Ensure AI investments deliver measurable business and customer value across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven senior product leadership experience, preferably in AI or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance regional needs against global strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing product teams.
