Product Lead - Digital

About the role

COEX is seeking an experienced Product Lead – Digital to manage a portfolio of digital products on a fixed‑term contract. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of products, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, working closely with internal teams and external development partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for digital solutions, including a new claims and compliance portal and the Container Collect service.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, delivery plans, priorities and backlogs.
• Translate business and user needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Manage external technology partners and coordinate delivery across discovery, design, development, testing, launch and optimisation.
• Identify delivery risks, manage issues, dependencies and priorities.
• Lead product readiness activities such as documentation, communication, training and operational handover.
• Use data and performance metrics to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead or Product Owner delivering digital products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Analytical capability with comfort using data to drive decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile and product delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Miro.
• Familiarity with product management or Scrum Product Owner certification (highly regarded).
