Digital Performance Lead

About the role

Ignite Travel Group, behind the brands My Holiday and My Cruises, is looking for a Digital Performance Lead based in Broadbeach, Queensland. The role covers digital strategy, execution and performance across the group's brands, with a focus on meeting enquiry targets and optimising digital ROI. It reports to the Digital Performance Manager and works with a team of digital co-ordinators and assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Own campaigns end to end: planning, execution and reporting, keeping everything live and on time
• Optimise campaign activity and spend to give partners the best results
• Use GA4, Google Trends and similar tools to track daily and weekly performance, and turn insights into new ideas and strategies
• Maintain pacing documents with the business analyst and actively manage budgets across campaigns and channels to improve ROI
• Plan and run a quarterly test and learn plan, develop digital marketing coordinators and embed AI tools and automation into workflows, including automated bidding and generative AI used responsibly with human oversight

Required profile

• Proven track record managing performance channels
• Comfortable reading and reporting on large volumes of data
• Tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications highly regarded
• Minimum 5 years managing both Facebook and Google campaigns
• Hands-on experience with analytics and optimisation, strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Required skills

• Confident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs and GA4
• Strong written and verbal communication
