Digital Marketing & Communications Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

Maddocks is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager on a 12‑month contract to lead its digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will shape strategy, improve the website, social media, email and intranet, and use data‑driven insights to raise the firm’s profile.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital content strategy across website, social platforms, email and intranet.
• Manage campaigns, optimise SEO, and analyse performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Oversee CMS and digital publishing workflows, ensuring brand consistency and governance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communications with business priorities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in marketing.
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Required skills

• CMS platforms (website management and digital publishing).
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and analytics tools.
• Data‑driven insight generation and reporting.
• Responsible use of AI in communications.
