Dental Hygienist – Part‑time West Pymble

About the role

West Pymble Dental Surgery is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join a well‑established, family‑focused practice on Sydney's Upper North Shore. The role starts as part‑time (two mornings per week) with the potential to expand to two full days.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality preventative and periodontal care to patients.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans within your scope of practice.
• Perform routine cleanings, scaling, root debridement and other preventative dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
• Build strong rapport with patients through a friendly, professional approach.
• Collaborate with dentists and the wider clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Dental Hygienist with unrestricted AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work within Australia.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and team members.
• Passion for continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
