About the role
The firm is expanding its leading Finance team in New York and seeks an experienced Debt Finance Attorney. You will join a top‑tier BigLaw practice, handling high‑value financing transactions for major corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and review loan agreements, security documents and related financing instruments.
- Advise clients on general banking matters and complex debt structures.
- Collaborate with cross‑border teams on international financing transactions.
- Support senior partners in managing large, multi‑jurisdictional deals.
Required profile
- Strong background in debt finance and general banking law.
- Experience working at an international law firm.
- Excellent academic record with a JD or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified attorney in good standing.
Required skills
- Debt finance legal expertise.
- Banking law knowledge.
- International transaction experience.
