Customer Service Representative

About the role

InfraBuild's Steelforce business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Toowoomba site, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing service across the trade counter, phone and email. It is a hands-on role helping customers, processing orders and keeping the office running smoothly. The position is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails and help walk-in customers
• Prepare quotes, process orders and handle cash sales
• Work with the team to get orders out on time
• Handle basic admin and keep things organised

Required profile

• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience in an admin environment is highly regarded
• Good communication, a positive attitude and reliability
• Comfortable using a computer (training provided)
• Experience with steel, roofing or fittings is a plus

Required skills

• Experience with systems such as SAP is a plus
