Sales Support Coordinator – Fertiliser Sales

About the role

KIVAS is looking for an organised, customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join its Fertiliser Sales team in Toowoomba. Reporting to the General Manager (Sales), you will provide day-to-day support for sales administration, customer orders, quotations, systems and logistics in a fast-paced agricultural business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support to the Fertiliser Sales team.
• Prepare customer quotations and help process sales orders.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, products and pricing in business systems.
• Liaise with customers, growers, service providers and the distribution network.
• Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, including freight and logistics.
• Support the sales team with CRM administration and sales forecasting.
• Help deliver KIVAS's Outstanding Service Promise and work safely and ethically in line with company values.

Required profile

• Diploma-level qualification, with experience in agricultural sales and an understanding of fertiliser production.
• Dependable, detail-focused and able to balance competing priorities while keeping a high standard of service.
• Confident communicator who builds effective working relationships and uses initiative.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Current C class driver's licence.

• Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
