Customer Service Representative

About the role

Valmont is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join its HR Products division in Wetherill Park. This permanent, full‑time position reports to the National Sales Manager – HR Products and focuses on delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and generate future business opportunities.
• Process requests from RFQ through to order release, answering queries on pricing, turnaround times and technical information.
• Enter, maintain and review customer pricing data and keep the customer database up to date.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide support and resolve business issues.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of high‑quality support.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
