About the role

Join Avis Budget Group at our Rocklea location and become the face of the brand, assisting travellers with rental transactions and enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the rental counter, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Complete rental bookings, contracts and process payments.
• Inspect and clean vehicles to company standards, noting any damage.

Required profile

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
