Customer Service Officer – Fintech

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a fast‑growing fintech company in North Sydney. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers after their finance is live, ensuring smooth operations and a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to post‑settlement customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process requests in line with internal policies and compliance requirements.
• Track and follow up on outstanding issues to achieve timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Handle inbound calls and create seamless experiences for customers and broker partners.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, call centre or administration within financial services, banking or lending.
• Understanding of loan products, account maintenance or operational support.
• Professional, friendly communication style with a genuine desire to help customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
