About the role
Join the Customer Service team at Boral Quarries in Port Melbourne, providing exceptional support for order handling and general inquiries via phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and respond to customer queries through phone and email.
- Receive orders and accurately enter them into the system.
- Monitor delivery progress and provide status updates to customers.
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams while working towards group KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven customer service experience in a contact centre or fast‑paced retail environment.
- Punctual, professional and reliable, working 4 days per week onsite.
- Excellent communication skills to resolve issues and capture orders precisely.
- Positive can‑do attitude and willingness to learn in a changing environment.
