About the role
As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Customer Success Centre, you will ensure a seamless experience for customers across our portfolio, handling enquiries and orders via phone and email from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries across phone, email and other service channels.
- Accurately process orders and manage cases end‑to‑end.
- Resolve account, delivery, pricing, logistics and general service enquiries.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, Supply and Credit teams to deliver a connected experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, order processing or customer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders.
- Confident communication with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proactive, positive approach to troubleshooting and ownership of issues.
- Ability to support peak trading periods, including November to January.
