Customer Engagement Consultant – Outbound Sales

About the role

Join Sonova’s contact centre as a Customer Engagement Consultant, making warm, purpose‑driven outbound calls to people who need hearing‑care solutions. You will work from either Sydney or Melbourne, helping to book appointments across more than 180 clinics nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to re‑engage existing clients and attract new prospects.
• Convert warm leads into booked appointments using consultative sales techniques.
• Build instant rapport and deliver a positive customer experience on every call.
• Promote the latest AI‑driven hearing technology with confidence and empathy.
• Maintain accurate client records in the Patient Management System (PMS).
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Support inbound calls as needed in a hybrid contact‑centre environment.

Required profile

• Proven outbound call‑centre or telesales experience.
• Strong sales mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
• Track record of hitting KPIs and handling objections effectively.
• Fast rapport‑building and active listening skills.
• Experience using CRM or PMS systems.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude and resilience.
