Cruise Travel Consultant – West Lakes

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cruise Travel Consultant to join our West Lakes store. In this role you will turn customers’ cruise dreams into booked holidays, providing expert advice across ocean and river cruises. You will work in a supportive team environment and help grow our cruise sales portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Quote, book and invoice cruise packages accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Handle walk‑in, email and phone enquiries with outstanding service.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional products to maximise revenue.
• Monitor and respond to relevant mailboxes daily.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to recommend the best cruise options.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on sales results.
• Passion for travel and cruising; previous travel or cruise experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Motivated, organised and eager to exceed expectations.

Required skills

• Experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) – preferred.
