Sales Travel Consultant – Retail (Hallett Cove)

About the role

Join Flight Centre as a Sales Travel Consultant in our Hallett Cove retail store. You will help customers plan and book a wide range of travel experiences, from domestic trips to international holidays, while delivering exceptional service in person, over the phone and via email.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel enquiries, including visas, best travel times, packing advice and destination recommendations.
• Create and sell complete travel packages that may include flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, insurance, cruises and transfers.
• Meet individual KPIs and sales targets on a rotating 7‑day roster.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base of new and returning travellers.
• Navigate multiple booking systems to find the best options for each client.

Required profile

• Passionate traveller with personal experience of international destinations.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to respond quickly to phone calls and emails.
• Determined to achieve sales targets in a high‑pressure retail environment.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and ability to switch between complex booking systems.
