Account Manager – Independents (SA & WA)

About the role

Chobani Australia is expanding its independent grocery channel and needs a proactive Account Manager to lead growth across South Australia and Western Australia. You will work closely with independent retailers, MSOs and internal field teams to drive market execution and shape the future of the channel.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow key relationships with independent retailers, MSOs and field teams across SA & WA.
• Partner with customers to develop and implement growth plans, identify new distribution opportunities and drive execution in‑market.
• Influence channel strategy by providing market insights, shaping customer plans and contributing to the overall direction of the independent grocery segment.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams to ensure alignment and delivery of commercial objectives.
• Track performance metrics, report on results and continuously seek ways to improve sales effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven FMCG commercial experience, preferably as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Account Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑growing environment and motivated by tangible impact.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to turn strategic plans into results.
