About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to support projects across retail, data centre, defence and education sectors. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and manage cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Measure all elements for preparation of cost plans and price individual items using first principles and market engagement where required.
- Prepare cost reports, assess tender returns, and produce tender recommendation reports.
- Evaluate contractor variations and payment claims, providing payment recommendations to the Superintendent.
- Compile benchmarking and market intelligence data and utilise the digital platform ‘Hive’ for deliverable implementation.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years post‑graduate experience in cost management.
- AIQS of RICS member or on the pathway to membership.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including pre‑contract, procurement and post‑contract activities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CostX software (preferred).
- Strong analytical and measurement skills for cost planning.
