About the role
7‑Eleven is looking for a passionate, customer‑obsessed retail manager to lead its Tingalpa store. You will run the store as if it were your own business, delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Delight customers with service and store standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop the store team.
- Maintain a safe, positive and clean store environment.
- Drive store success through KPIs, targets and financial performance.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to seek feedback and act on learnings.
- Resilience, positive attitude and passion for self and team motivation.

- $77,030 base salary plus 12% superannuation and 15% annual bonus eligibility.
