Construction Manager – High Rise Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for high‑rise building projects. The role ensures that construction is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control daily construction activities for structural, finishing and MEP works.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements and the project schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise main contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain construction quality, oversee inspections, tests and non‑conformance resolution.
• Enforce HSE policies, monitor site safety and lead accident investigations.
• Review construction, shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
• Resolve technical issues related to structure, façade, fire protection, elevators and other high‑rise systems.
• Assist in cost monitoring, review work quantities and support payment verification.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and conduct site meetings.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, authority approvals and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing high‑rise building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, standards and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Experience with cost control, progress reporting and resource management.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and safety best practices.
