Commission-Based B2B Sales Freelancer (Corporate Wellness)

About the role

Culture Vitale, a Paris-based company expanding into Australia, is looking for an experienced commission-based B2B sales freelancer to grow corporate relationships in the ANZ region. The company offers corporate wellness experiences called Sessions of Vitality, which combine well-being, creativity and development activities. The role is flexible and independent, with potential discussion of a future retainer, salaried role or partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers such as CXOs, HR, L&D, leadership, department heads, office managers and client teams
• Introduce and sell the Sessions of Vitality
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings
• Nurture repeat business and long-term client relationships
• Act as the trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in the market

Required profile

• B2B sales or partnerships background with large organisations
• Experience in corporate services, HR/L&D, key accounts, events, hospitality or wellness
• Comfortable with commission-only, relationship-led selling
• Professional, persuasive and confident presenting to corporate stakeholders
• Fluent English; ABN registration required
• Based in Australia, remote-first with occasional client meetings
