Club Sofitel Attendant

About the role

Sofitel Melbourne On Collins, a 5-star luxury hotel in the city centre, is looking for a Club Sofitel Attendant to join its team. You will be the key contact for Club Sofitel guests, providing polished, professional welcome and luxury service, including food and beverage and front office services. The position is part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions
• Attend to guests' requests quickly and efficiently, aiming for total customer satisfaction
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Monitor responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance with Victorian legislation
• Maintain food and beverage stock and inventory control based on current and future occupancy
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures in line with hotel standards
• Update guest profiles, maintain guest accounts and ensure charges are posted to the correct account

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Current Victorian RSA
• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Proven experience in a quality establishment
• Able to exceed guest expectations
