Clinical Provider – Telehealth & Onsite Coaching

About the role

Intellect is expanding its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) network in Australia and seeks qualified clinicians to deliver telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy sessions.
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience challenges.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve EAP services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Coaching, Counselling, HR or related field.
• Relevant professional registration (e.g., ACA, PACFA, AASW for counsellors; AHPRA registration for clinical psychologists).
• 1–3 years of supervised coaching, counselling or clinical practice experience.
• Certification with a recognised coaching body (e.g., ICF, ACA, PACFA) for coaches.
• Willingness to obtain Police Check or Working With Children Check if requested by clients.
