Client Services Representative – MVSC Glen Waverly

About the role

Join the reception team at Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre (MVSC) and be the first point of contact for clients, referring veterinarians and visitors. The role is based mainly at the Glen Waverley hospital with fortnightly shifts at Essendon Fields and occasional Saturday duties.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage a busy phone system, schedule appointments and handle email communication with clients and referring clinics.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments and perform general reception and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience; veterinary or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a compassionate, professional approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, confident using computer systems and available for both locations and occasional Saturday shifts.
