Civil Supervisor

About the role

Aestec Services is looking for an experienced Civil and Project Supervisor to join its growing team in Gladstone. This on‑site role requires a consistent presence at the construction site and offers the opportunity for relocation, long‑term stability and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver safe, efficient and productive project outcomes across the site.
• Manage materials, equipment and labour costs to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Create clear and concise scopes to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures and foster a Zero Harm culture.
• Liaise with clients to maintain strong working relationships and smooth project workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Strong background in civil works and project delivery.
• Willing to live locally in Gladstone or relocate to the area.
• Visible leader who provides mentorship and guidance to the team.
• Ability to coordinate resources effectively and maintain project outcomes.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
