Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer will partner with the partnership group to drive the next phase of growth for a well‑established professional services firm operating across regional and metropolitan Australia. This senior leader will oversee people and culture, finance, marketing, IT, governance and overall operations, translating strategy into tangible results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and integrate core functions including finance, HR, marketing, IT and governance.
• Develop and execute organisational strategy to improve performance, systems and processes.
• Drive M&A activities, including target identification, integration and post‑deal alignment.
• Ensure enterprise alignment across a geographically dispersed business.
• Foster a collaborative culture and champion professional development.
