Change Manager

About the role

Join Toyota Finance Australia as a Change Manager to drive people‑focused outcomes across strategic and BAU initiatives. You will support stakeholders through change planning, communication, training and adoption of new processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of change activities across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate communications, presentations and engagement materials.
• Maintain change plans, action logs and reporting artefacts.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder forums and engagement sessions.
• Track and report on change progress, risks, issues and milestones.

Required profile

• Experience supporting change, project, transformation or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisation and coordination abilities.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
