Casual Merchandiser - Lithgow and Katoomba Area

About the role

Nestlé is hiring a casual Merchandiser for the Lithgow and Katoomba area in NSW. You will represent Nestlé's brands in-store across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths and independents), building displays, securing space and driving strong in-store execution. The role is Wednesday to Friday, around 12 to 18 hours per week, with extra hours possible during peak times. Travel is a big part of the job, so an unrestricted driver's licence and your own vehicle are required.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé in-store across Coles, Woolworths and independent stores
• Build displays, secure space and deliver strong in-store execution
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Follow a weekly plan, with the option to work extra hours during peak periods
• Document your work and capture display highlights on a mobile device

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
• Comfortable lifting, moving and building displays
• Comfortable working independently on the road and living in the local area
• Organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results
