Casual Cleaner – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Minor Hotels is expanding its housekeeping team at Oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites and is looking for energetic, detail‑oriented casual cleaners. You will work in a supportive, team‑focused environment to ensure guests enjoy a spotless and welcoming stay.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming floors and sanitising bathrooms to high standards.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks within allocated hours while adhering to safety and environmental protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
• Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely, with training and tools provided.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
