Business Development Manager – Restaurants (Tasmania)

About the role

EatClub is looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow its restaurant partner network across Tasmania. You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting venue owners, building relationships and signing them onto the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new restaurant partners through walk‑ins, cold calls and scheduled meetings.
• Deliver clear product pitches that show how EatClub drives revenue for venues.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Onboard newly signed venues and support their first campaigns.
• Track activity, maintain accurate CRM records and hit 15+ outbound actions daily.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a high‑volume, target‑driven sales role with measurable results.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, door‑to‑door selling and high outbound activity.
• Experience managing a pipeline and progressing deals independently.
• Resilient in high‑rejection environments and able to articulate KPI attainment.
• Driven, persistent and performance‑oriented with a disciplined approach to time and territory management.
