Business Development Manager - Perth

About the role

Corporate Traveller, a brand within Flight Centre Travel Group, specialises in business travel for small to medium-sized companies. As Business Development Manager in Perth, you will manage the full business development cycle, from identifying prospects to pitching services and securing new client partnerships, thereby expanding the client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients, seeking new business opportunities and initiating contact with companies that could benefit from the travel solutions offered.
• Build and maintain strong relationships so that Corporate Traveller is seen as a preferred and reliable partner.
• Understand prospects' needs by uncovering their current travel requirements, booking behaviour and pain points, then present the benefits of the company's tools and support.
• Support new clients through onboarding, helping them integrate smoothly into the system and introducing them to their dedicated travel team.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in a BDM role focused on B2B sales and development, or sales experience in the travel and tourism sector.
• A person who thrives in a sales environment, is self-motivated and driven, with a passion for meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Extra points for strong networking, lead generation, communication and presentation skills.
